The simple test
Is your team fixing the same thing every month?
Exporting to Excel to reformat an invoice. Typing a vehicle number into a register by hand. Rebuilding the same salesman-wise report every month-end. Every one of those is a few hours a month that a customization removes permanently.
Invoices in your layout
Your logo, your terms and conditions, your column order, bank and UPI details, amount in words, declaration lines. Separate formats for tax invoice, delivery challan, quotation and proforma.
Fields Tally does not have
Vehicle number, LR number, transporter, site or project name, salesperson, batch or lot, warranty period, delivery date — added to the voucher and carried through to the printed document and the reports.

Item-wise margin, area or route-wise outstanding, ageing split by salesperson, party-wise rate history, godown-wise movement, target versus achievement. Built to be opened from the Gateway like any other Tally report.
Sending without the manual step
Invoices emailed on save, outstanding reminders scheduled monthly, daily sales summary to the owner’s phone. Where you have the WhatsApp subscription, we tie the customization into that instead.
Stopping wrong entries at the point of entry
Compulsory fields, credit limit warnings, rate below cost alerts, duplicate bill number checks, GSTIN validation. Cheaper to prevent an error than to find it at year-end.
Getting data in without typing
Bulk import of masters and vouchers from Excel, e-commerce or POS exports, bank statements. Useful when you are moving from another system or handling high daily volumes.

Send us what you use today
The Excel sheet, the printed bill, the register maintained by hand. That one file usually tells us more than an hour of discussion.

We quote a fixed price
A written scope and a fixed amount before any work starts. If the requirement grows later, we quote the addition separately rather than surprising you at the end.

Built and tested on a copy of your data
We develop against a copy of your own company, not a sample, so the sample invoice you approve has your real parties and items on it.

Loaded on your machines
Installed on every system that needs it, with your team shown how to use it. The original Tally behaviour stays available alongside.

Maintained through upgrades
Tally releases change things. Customizations we wrote are re-tested and adjusted when you move to a new release, so an upgrade never costs you the work you paid for.
Common questions
Before you commission a customization
What does it cost?
It depends entirely on the requirement — a single invoice format is a small job, a set of linked reports with new fields is not. We quote a fixed price against a written scope, so you know the number before we start.
Will it affect my existing data?
No. TDL changes how Tally behaves, not what is stored. Your vouchers and masters are untouched, and we take a verified backup before loading anything.
What happens when I upgrade TallyPrime?
A customization written for an older release may need adjusting. We re-test ours at upgrade time. If someone else wrote yours and it has stopped working, send it to us and we will look at it.
Do I need TSS for this?
The customization itself runs on a licensed TallyPrime. An active TSS matters for product upgrades and connected features, so we will tell you if your requirement depends on one.
