Common questions
Before you buy
Does Tally stop working if TSS expires?
No. The licence is perpetual and Tally keeps running. What you lose is statutory updates, e-invoice and e-way bill features, connected banking, remote access and product upgrades — which is why most businesses renew.
Can I move from Silver to Gold later?
Yes, by paying the difference. Your data and settings carry over untouched.
I am still on Tally.ERP 9. What happens to my data?
It migrates to TallyPrime. We take a verified backup first, migrate, and check the opening balances and reports against the old system before you go live.
Do you supply an invoice I can claim GST on?
Yes. Every sale is billed with GST shown separately against your GSTIN.
