Will I lose any data?
No. The upgrade changes the licence, not the data. We take a verified backup first regardless.
How many users does Gold allow?
Unlimited, on one local network.
Do my customizations still work?
Yes. If we wrote them we re-test them as part of the upgrade.
How long does it take?
Usually a single visit, provided the network is in reasonable shape.
